JY&A Media began creating digital publications since the late 1980s. In the 1990s, we were one of the first companies publishing on the web. We created one of the first online business magazines, CAP Online, and New Zealand’s first commercial online fashion magazine, Lucire. Lucire became the United Nations Environment Programme’s first fashion partner in 2003, and was the first magazine to publish an international sustainable style editorial. We have also been publishing in print since our founding, and, in our usual nonconformist fashion, began extending our web brand Lucire into print in 2004. We are one of the most experienced publishers in the digital space, especially how to manage on- and offline presences.
