After a rather random (would we have it any other way?) click through the minds of antirom, the decisions involved in building upon the past and moving forward are more pertinent than ever.
The media have frequently framed us as being rebels, which makes good copy. But this makes it seems like we are posturing and positioning ourselves in this frame. However, this stance came about as a result of frustration and a genuine fascination with exploration, the latter of which often gets overlooked in a world dominated by American management style and inflated stock-market values.
The obvious danger for us is that we might suffer the fate of an ageing rock band that doesn't die before it gets old. In such an industry of start ups and wind ups (in every sense), I wonder if that would actually be a bad thing? I'll let you know if we get there. Andy Polaine
